We build the whole product, end to end
Xeronance builds white-label brokerage technology. The terminal, the engine, the back office and the infrastructure are all ours, with nobody else’s platform underneath.
Most white-label offers in this market are a reseller arrangement: a licensed platform underneath, a bridge in the middle, a CRM bolted on the side, and a margin taken at every step. The broker ends up paying per lot to a company they never speak to, bound by a policy they had no part in writing.
We took the other route and wrote the product. The trading terminal, the matching engine, the back office, the client portal, the mobile app, the notification pipeline and the server tooling are one codebase that we own. There is no licence provider above us, which is why we can price the software instead of your volume, and why a feature request goes onto our roadmap rather than into someone else’s queue.
That also sets the boundary of what we do. We are a technology company, not a broker: we do not hold client funds, we do not execute against our own book and we do not advise anyone on investments. Licensing, compliance and client relationships belong to the broker. Our job is that the platform is fast, that the numbers are right and that it is running when your clients log in.
How we work
One supplier, one answer
When something breaks there is no triage between a platform vendor, a bridge vendor and a hosting company. You write to us from inside the panel and the team that wrote the product answers.
We publish what we measured
Every performance number we publish comes from our own load testing. Where we have a measured ceiling we say what it is instead of writing "unlimited".
No fee on your growth
We price the software. If a pricing model only works when our customer stays small, it is the wrong model.
Your brand, not ours
The product carries your name on every screen, every email and every icon. We are infrastructure, and infrastructure should be invisible.
