Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Who this covers

This policy covers xeronance.com and the enquiries you send us through it. It does not cover the platforms our broker clients run: on those, the broker is the data controller and their own privacy policy applies.

What we collect

From this website: nothing beyond what your browser sends with a normal request. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run third-party analytics scripts and we do not set cookies for marketing.

Your browser stores two preferences locally: the theme you chose and whether you dismissed the language suggestion. These stay in your browser, are never sent to us and are not readable by anyone else.

When you contact us by email, Telegram or WhatsApp we receive whatever you choose to send: usually a name, a contact address and a description of what you need.

Why we keep it

Only to answer you and to carry a prospective engagement forward. We do not sell contact details, we do not share them with third parties for marketing and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to an active or past engagement is kept for as long as the contractual and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@xeronance.com and we will act on it. If we hold something we are legally required to keep, we will tell you what and why.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Correspondence is held on systems we administer ourselves. We do not store payment card details on this website at any point.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. For anything you are unsure about, ask us directly rather than guessing.
